Typical schedule From monday to friday (arrival is possible on Sunday evening) 7:00 to 8:30 Arrival at camp and animal care 10:00 Dog training 11:00 Canicross hike 12:00 Picnic on the trails or at campsite Cleaning and Free time 13:30 Mission or multisport training 14:30 Bathing in the Cascades 15:30 Feeding of the animals 16:30 à 18:00 Going back home (supervised free time with an instructor) Once per week, aquatic activities on a lakeside
Max 6 participants per week, 10 – 14 y.o From 7:30 am until 6 pm, Monday to Friday 950 /week (includes lunch and snacks) 1200 /week (includes housing, meals and snacks) Start: June 27th 2022 at Aug 1st 2022. Book OnlineLabor market preparation program for young people aged 15 to 16 yearsWithin a character-building day camp during the summer, young people aged 14 to 16 years old will learn about farm work and discover the importance of physical capacities and team work while performing the numerous tasks required for animal care. They will be given various responsibilities while under the supervision of a child life specialist, biologist, kinesiologist and supported by other team members. An assessment of skills to be developed will be made during the week to better prepare them for their future life. Limit of 2 participants per week, 15-16 yo 1350 /week (includes housing, meals and snacks) Start: June 27th 2022 at Aug 1st 2022. Mordus d'la trail 2025Mordus d’la trail is back for its 5th edition!On Sunday, October 12th, 2025, Mordus d’la trail awaits you with day and night trail races. Several disciplines will be featured, such as trail running, canicross, bikejoring, and, new this year, scootering. Human and canine athletes of all levels are welcome! Traditional maple syrup making workshop in a sugar shackMarch and April 9am to 4pm During this activity, you will learn about the origins of the tradition, the importance of team work and the collaboration of dog sleds and work horses during the making of maple syrup. You will also become a sugar-maker apprentice; with snowshoes on and a bucket in your hand, you will collect the sap with your guide. You will learn how to identify the maple tree, how to drill the tap holes and discover all the steps of the maple syrup transformation ! You will be able to taste every step, and if you are a group of 8 to 15 people, you will savor a traditional sugar shack meal and finish with taffy on the snow, the typical dessert.
As we follow Mother Nature, here’s the dates we offer: End of March and first weeks of April from 9h00 to 16h00 Sunday 23rd March – Saturday 29th March – Friday 4th to Sunday 6th April – Friday 11th to Sunday 13th April If you are a group of 8 or more people, other dates can be available.
You will leave for home with a sample of the maple syrup made during your day. 150 $ per person – animation and tasting all the steps of transformation 250 $ per person – animation and traditional meal (minimum 8 people-maximum 15) Booking by phone only.
